Reflct is a guided journaling and mindfulness app that helps you reflect daily through prompts, mood tracking, and AI-powered insights. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and optional paid Pro tier.

## 3. Account and Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

## 5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (journal entries, notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service—including AI-assisted features described in our [Privacy Policy](/content/privacy-policy/index.html). We do not sell your content, use it for third-party advertising, or use it to train public machine learning models. Optional sharing (for example a report link you create) is always initiated by you.

## 6. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro features require a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our [Refund Policy](/content/refund-policy/index.html). We use Stripe for payment processing; by subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.

If you are a **consumer in the European Economic Area**, you may have statutory rights (including withdrawal rights for certain distance contracts). Those rights depend on your situation and applicable law; our Refund Policy describes how we handle refund requests in practice.

## 7. Intellectual Property

Reflct, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

## 8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. AI-generated insights are for reflection only and do not constitute medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. If you have mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

## 10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

## 11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

## 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of **Croatia** and, where applicable, European Union law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of **Croatia**, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they cannot be waived by contract.
